Rainbow for 2019
Greetings!
There is no question, I LOVE bright and colorful fashion! This fabric has silver, metallic sequins on one side and a rainbow X design on the other. How did I come across this fabric? I have to thank the talented Tabitha Sewer (fashion blogger/seamstress) for sharing this beauty within the sewing community! Joann Fabrics in my town do not keep this fabric on the floor so I would’ve otherwise missed out! This skirt is just what I need to get my New Year vibes pumping!
With this being my second time creating with sequins, I felt more comfortable going into this project. Construction was fairly easy and I didn’t break any needles this go round. I added a gold fashion zipper for more flare and the skirt is fully lined. The high split gives a sexy peak of the leg and even more fun! Wherever you may be in your sewing journey, skirts are fun and easy makes. Try to keep it spicy and always remember.....
